Norene is very active in her spare time. Active in her church, she works with the quilters to provide handmade quilts to hospital patients, foster children, and veterans. Having sewn since she was ten years old, she alters clothing for individuals as needed and sews a variety of items for the church craft sale, the proceeds of which support numerous local charities. She invented and patented Pants-On, a tool designed to help individuals who cannot touch their feet (due to surgery, injury, etc.) dress themselves. She recently started a Drop-Ship store for pet products due to her deep love of animals. She also enjoys painting and woodworking in her spare time.
